How is Everyday Audrey jewelry made?
Each piece of jewelry is entirely handmade in my studio in Brussels. I begin by sculpting the piece in wax, then it is transformed into silver using the lost wax casting technique. This artisanal process makes each creation unique.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes, of course! As each piece of jewelry is handmade, it is possible to order a custom size. Simply contact me before placing your order.
Is the jewelry water resistant?
925 silver is water resistant, but to preserve its shine for longer, it is best to avoid frequent contact with salt water, chlorinated water, or soapy water.
What are the delivery times?
Jewelry in stock is shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your country and the shipping method you choose.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a piece of jewelry if it does not suit you. However, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
